By investing more than $40 million into the local community, PCF Development has created high quality affordable rental housing, new homeownership units, new pocket parks and has graduated more than 500 individuals from Homeownership and Financial Fitness education classes \u2013 all in communities that have a history of neglect and disinvestment.
